Once you’re inside the web application, you’ll see a consistent layout that makes it easy to move between different parts of the app. This guide helps you find your way around.
The sidebar
The main navigation lives in the sidebar on the left side of the screen. From here you can:
- Open Anna chat — Click to start or continue a conversation with Anna.
- Go to project overview — See your Business Model Canvas, action plans, notes, team, and settings.
- Access your profile — View and edit your profile.
- Access billing — Manage your subscription and view invoices.
On smaller screens, the sidebar may collapse into a menu icon. Tap it to open the full navigation.
Project switcher
At the top of the sidebar, you’ll see a dropdown or list of your projects. Select a project to switch between different ideas or ventures. Everything you do — chat, BMC, action plans — is tied to the project you have selected.
Tip: If you only have one project, you can still use the switcher. It will appear when you create more projects.
Main sections
1. Anna chat
The chat is where you talk with Anna, your AI entrepreneurship coach. You can ask questions, get advice, and reference your work (BMC, notes, action plans) in the conversation. Each project has its own chat thread.
2. Project overview
The project overview shows all the key parts of your project:
- BMC — Business Model Canvas
- Action plans — Your plans and action points
- Notes — Project notes
- Team — Team members
- Settings — Project settings
You can switch between these tabs or sections within the overview.
3. Profile
Your profile shows your name, photo, bio, and other details. From here you can edit your profile, change your password, manage your subscription, track your referrals, and manage your account.
Getting started
- Open Anna chat to start a conversation. If you don’t have a business project, you can only access the general chat.
- Once you’ve created a business project, you can go to the project overview to work on your BMC, action plans, or notes. Under the project name in the lefthand menu, you can access project-specific conversation threads to chat with Anna.
