You can collaborate on your Edventures projects by adding team members. They can access the project and work with you on the BMC, action plans, notes, and chat. This guide explains how to manage your team.
What are team members?
Team members are other Edventures users you invite to work on a specific project. They can:
- View and edit the project’s BMC, action plans, and notes
- Chat with Anna in that project’s context
- See the same project overview as you
Team membership is per project. Someone can be a member of one project but not another. You’re in full control.
How many team members can you add?
Your subscription tier sets the limit:
- Free — Up to 2 team members per project (including you, that’s 2 people total per project).
- Pro — Up to 5 team members per project, inlcuding you.
If you need more collaborators, consider upgrading. See How to upgrade to Edventures Pro.
How to add a team member
- Go to your project overview and open the Team members tab.
- Click Invite.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Send the invite. They’ll receive an email to sign up for a user account.
What happens after you invite?
- The invited person receives an invitation.
- They need an Edventures account. If they don’t have one, they need to sign up first.
- Once they accept, they’ll appear in your team list and can access the project.
Removing a team member
If you need to remove someone:
- Go to the Team members section.
- Find the team member in the list.
- Click Remove or the remove icon.
- Confirm. They will lose access to the project.
Note: Removing someone doesn’t delete their Edventures account. It only removes their access to that project.
Tips for collaboration
- Invite the right people — Add collaborators who will actively work on the project.
- Communicate — Use Anna chat or external tools to coordinate. Reference shared notes and plans in Anna for alignment.
- Respect limits — Stay within your tier’s team size. Upgrade if you need more seats.
