Your invoices for the Pro tier are stored in the app so you can view and download them whenever you need them. This guide helps you find your billing history.
Where to find invoices
- Open the sidebar and click on your name in the bottom left corner.
- This opens up your profile page.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section, showing your current plan and an upgrade button.
You’ll see a list of your past invoices, usually ordered by date (newest first).
What each invoice shows
Each invoice typically includes:
- Invoice number — A unique identifier for the invoice
- Date — When the invoice was issued
- Amount — The charge for that period
- Status — Paid, pending, or other status
- Billing period — The dates covered (e.g. monthly or yearly)
Downloading an invoice
To download or view a specific invoice:
- Find the invoice in the list.
- Click the Download or View button (or similar) next to it.
- The invoice will open in a new tab or download as a PDF, depending on how the app is set up.
Tip: Keep copies of your invoices for your records, especially if you need them for expense or tax purposes.
If you don’t see invoices
- Free tier users — You may not have invoices if you’ve never been charged. Invoices appear once you upgrade to Pro and make a payment.
- New Pro users — Your first invoice may appear shortly after your first payment.
