How to Upgrade to Edventures Pro

Upgrading to Pro gives you 10x more chat messages, more projects, and higher limits across the app. This guide walks you through the upgrade process.

Where to upgrade

  1. Open the sidebar and click on your name in the bottom left corner.
  2. This opens up your profile page.
  3. Scroll down to the Subscription settings section, showing your current plan and a View details button.

NOTE: You have to be signed in to be able to upgrade to Pro.

Choose your billing cycle

Edventures Pro is available in two ways:

  • Monthly — Pay every month. Cancel anytime.
  • Yearly — Pay once per year. Purchasing the Pro tier gives you 12 months access to the price of 10 (you save 17% compared to monthly).

Use the toggle or buttons on the subscriptions screen to choose between monthly and yearly.

What you’ll see

The subscriptions screen shows:

  • Pro tier benefits — A list of what’s included in Pro
  • Price — The cost for your chosen billing cycle
  • Upgrade button — Click to proceed to payment

💡 Tip: If you were referred by another user, you see a referral discount applied. Check the screen for any discount message before you proceed.

Proceed to payment

When you click Subscribe to Pro:

  1. You’ll be taken to the checkout, handled by Stripe.
  2. Enter your payment details as prompted.
  3. Complete the purchase.

After upgrading

Once your payment is confirmed, your account will switch to Pro immediately. You can:

  • Use more chat messages and threads
  • Create more projects
  • Generate and refine action plans and notes more often
  • Add more team members
  • Use more BMC by document attempts
