How to Reset Your Edventures Password

If you’ve forgotten your Edventures password, you can easily reset it using your email. This guide walks you through the process.

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Click Forgot password? (the link is below the password field).
  3. A modal window opens, labelled “Reset password”. Enter the email address associated with your Edventures account.
  4. Click Send link.

We will send a password reset link to that email address.

Step 2: Check your email

  1. Look in your inbox for an email from Team Edventures or [email protected].
  2. The email will contain a link to reset your password. The link is valid for TTTT time.

*💡 TIP: Modern email providers nowadays filter emails in different inboxes, like “Newsletters”, “Transactional”, or “Promotional”. Make sure to check all these inboxes if you can’t find the reset email in your main inbox. Worst case, also check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.

Step 3: Set your new password

  1. Click the link in the email. You’ll be taken to the password reset page.
  2. Enter your new password in the password field.
  3. Enter it again in the confirm password field to make sure it matches.
  4. Click Reset password or Save.

Tips for a strong password:

  • Use at least 8 characters (more is better).
  • Mix letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Avoid obvious choices like “password123” or your name.

Step 4: Log in with your new password

After resetting, you’ll be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and your new password to sign in.

If you didn’t receive the email

  • Wait a few minutes — Emails can be delayed.
  • Check spam — Reset emails sometimes land in spam.
  • Check the email address — Make sure you entered the correct address when requesting the reset.
  • Try again — Request a new reset link. Some systems invalidate old links when a new one is sent.

If you’re already logged in

If you want to change your password while logged in, go to your account and click Change password.
